This walk to Es Broll Buscatell takes us to the most verdant lush valley on the island and the only natural spring on Ibiza where you can hear the flowing water. Cultivated terraces rich in agriculture, irrigation aqueducts and a system of balsas (water tanks) found in this fertile valley, can be traced back to the Arab occupation in 600 AD. A restored flour mill adds even more to this interesting walk in nature together with Sheila!
You can stay for Sheila’s famous homemade cakes, teas and coffee at the end!
