It’s summer – that officially calls for a trip to Formentera!
There’s no Friday walk this week but on Saturday, we dust off our bikins, seek out our bathing suits and buy the strongest sun cream we can find as we all get together for a great day out to our little sister island of Formentera.
We set off by boat from Figueretas at 11am sharp, gliding us over the sea in style to land on Formentera where we will go on an easy 10km walk. This gorgeous route will include the old salt flats and an ancient burial site, and we’ll stop for a well-earned swim in the crystal clear sea.
We’ll also have a picnic in a great little spot. Bring your own or order one from me – just €10.
All spaces for this trip MUST be reserved by Thursday midday at the very latest.
We set off at 11am Saturday. DO NOT BE LATE!! The boat will not wait!

This week we head to an absolutely magical spot where you’ll be treated to many of Ibiza’s marvels at the same time. From Salinas beach to overlooking the salt flats to precious views of Es Vedra, this enchanting but definitely not easy 10km walk covering the Cap des Falco peninsular is something to behold.
With some steep hills it’s not one for the faint-hearted, but as well as uncovering a hidden valley, Billy, our guest guide for this week, has promised he might even have a ghost story or two up his sleeve…
One walk not to be missed.

This week we’re celebrating the forthcoming Easter feast by following in the footsteps of the hardy fisherman who’ve brought the most succulent seafood to Ibiza’s tables over the years.
This resilient walk begins at Can Sulayetas, next to the beautiful Es Portitxol in the north west of the island, and is a 10km circular route.
At the start we’ll follow the traditional path the fishermen used to use when transporting their catch of the day – up to 60kg – before discovering some abandoned treasures – including a few liquid treasures (you know where this is going…;) before heading on to a lush, green valley.
A beer will, of course, be waiting for us back at the bar at the end.
THIS WEEK: the walk STARTS and ENDS at Can Sulayetas.
Friday we set off at 10am and Saturday we set off at 1pm.

*Mark a space in your diary for a special Formentera walk on Saturday 3 May!
Taking a break by getting back into nature gives us a chance to tune in to the island and realign – away from our creature comforts.
The more time I spend walking and the less time I am at my laptop the better, because it’s only once you disconnect completely from the hectic world and allow yourself to enjoy the beauty of nature do you realise where peace and tranquillity really lie.
By offering this 3 day/2 night walk which includes food and drinks, guidance, tent, matt and insurance, I want participants to really let themselves go and enjoy every second of this very special experience.
To join us, you will need to have basic fitness, but boundless energy and be able to carry a 5kg day pack each day.
You will need to provide sleeping bag, rucksack and be insured medically.
The cost for the walk is €350 per person and spaces are limited – maximum 6 people.
Book your space now and allow us to take you to hidden spots that will open your eyes – and your soul.
Love and hugs

Meeting at Es Cubells church, we head up to a point which I I think is the best view on the whole of Ibiza. It’s truly stunning and I can’t wait to share it with you all.
